Extra Curricular Activities

Extra-curricular activities play an important role in shaping , transforming and developing the personality of a young child. It makes learning in schools interesting, broadens their horizons and makes their academic journey enjoyable, fruitful and healthy.

We provide students innumerable opportunities to bring forth their creative and imaginative skills by organising concerts and making them participate in inter school events on a regular basis. Keeping the child engaged and excited throughout the academic year is our goal.

Dedicated Sports Academy

Superhouse Group in its endeavour provide international sporting experience to its students, has launched the Superhouse Sports Academy (SHSA) – an in-house academy functioning across all Group Schools. The academy offers world-class infrastructure for a wide range of sports activities and boasts of and renowned coaches. At SHSA we cater to specially designed sports programs in Cricket, Football, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Swimming and many more. We have best in class infrastructure for cricket like big and lush green cricket ground, international standard main turf pitch. There are also four practice pitches (turf & all weather) for net sessions, dedicated knocking zones. The academy has International standard Synthetic Basket ball court. Besides that we have full fledged Gymnasium with instructors to ensure the relevant exercises for sport specific body development & muscles. We have a dedicated arena for Skating. Besides that we have indoor facility for Badminton, Basket Ball & Table Tennis. Not only this, under the supervision of Mr. Amarnath, we have designed a customized cricket coaching program with properly documented manuals for learners of each age group. Academy will also be launching Scholarship for Economically weaker section (EWS) The Academy will ensure high level Sporting exposure which includes:

Superhouse Animation School

Animation is a new dimension of Art, which uses technology that develops ideas for creation of Moving Visuals. Today Digital Animation & VFX is used in Web, Television, Films, Advertising, medicine, training & education, e-learning, legal & insurance, 3D visualization, architecture, etc. Another interesting area in this industry is the creation & design of games for PC, Internet, mobile & gaming consoles (Play station / Xbox, etc). Superhouse Group, in its endeavour to provide holistic education to its students, has established the Superhouse Animation School – an in-house Animation Academy. The Animation School, besides developing the right values and attitudes in the student, will also develop their sensorial skills and aesthetic sensitivity necessary for creative field. The school boasts of dedicated team for content development which has created age appropriate curriculum keeping in mind the profile of students. Besides this we have a dedicated team for training the Faculty on the curriculum implementation & latest development in the field of Animation. The core idea behind starting Superhouse Animation School is to Developing Creative Skills in Students in order to provide them a better career prospect.

Inhouse Self Development Academy

With a clear vision to develop the best social and humanitarian values in an individual and to impart good quality education, Superhouse Group has established the Superhouse Self Development Academy. The academy functions at our group schools catering to various needs of students: Personality development for students of schools and colleges – The academy intends to develop the overall personality of students focusing on the skills used for learning using various methods like – white board activities, off board activities, competitions, games, etc. Faculty development for schools and colleges – Understanding the importance of providing services based on each student’s needs, Faculties will be trained on the latest teaching methods with frequent trainings twice a year focusing on the relationship between teachers and students. Counselling sessions for students, teachers and parents – We have tie-ups with counsellors who act as catalyst in the growth of the organization on a whole. It is important to keep a check on the roles played by students, teachers and also parents. Counsellors mentor as it is very important to resolve personal issues that hamper learning. Activities – Organizing “Talk Sessions” in every three months on current rising issues like – relationship between student-teacher-parents, respecting individual differences, polishing decision making skills, gender roles, etc. Active participation in Seminars and Conferences as and when required.

The Duke Of Edinburgh's (International Award)

Superhouse has collaborated with Award Programme Foundation. APF has been established in India to run the International Award for Young People, an exciting self - development Programme available to all young people between the age of 14 and 25. It aims to equip them with life skills to make a difference to themselves, and to their communities and the world.
